On October 23, 2025, Toronto-based singer and songwriter Ethan Low wrapped up his my confessions North America tour with a hometown show at The Mod Club. The Toronto performance marked the eighth and final stop of the tour and was a particularly special one for Ethan. Local talents Andye and Jordan Astra opened the night, setting the stage before Ethan delivered an unforgettable set featuring a few surprise guest appearances.
Blending R&B and pop with smooth, soulful vocals, Andye delivered stunning renditions of The Weeknd’s “Call Out My Name” and Kehlani’s “Folded.” He also performed his own track “My Type” along with another unreleased gem, “Glue.”
Prior to this show, we had been following Andye’s music since the release of his single “Hypothetical”, so it was incredible to finally experience his honey vocals and captivating energy live. We can’t wait to see where his journey takes him next and will definitely be cheering him on along the way.

Indonesian-Canadian R&B artist Jordan Astra took the stage at 8:30 PM, opening his set with “Risk It All” and “After Midnight” from his latest album, TIME WILL TELL. From the moment he stepped out in his signature sunglasses, Jordan was effortlessly cool with his magnetic stage presence, and his energy radiating through the crowd.
He also performed “Good Love” which is a collaboration with Nonso Amadi and one of our personal favourites from the album. He also surprised the audience by bringing out Justin Nozuka to perform their duet “Questions.”
Seeing Jordan live turned us into instant fans with his smooth vocals, charisma, and infectious vibe which made his performance one to remember. We can’t wait to keep following his journey.

Ethan Low took the stage around 9 PM, opening his set with “can’t get enough” from his sophomore and latest album, what’s that supposed to mean?. Accompanied by Ishmael Fuertes on guitar, Dylan Matsuda on drums, Minh Hoang on keys, and Carlo Santo Domingo on bass, the live band brought an incredible energy that elevated every moment of Ethan’s performance.
His setlist included fan favourites like “GEMINI,” “HIT THE FLOOR,” and our personal all-time favourite “UNREQUITED.” Ethan’s versatility shone through his performances as with his music, there is something for everyone.
“bdkmv,” one of our standout picks from the album was such an incredible performance that showcased his vocals, stage presence, and charisma which proved yet again why he’s such a dynamic performer.
Midway through the night, Ethan brought out fellow Toronto artist and close friend Koven Wei for a live performance of their song “MIDNIGHT.” Ethan briefly stepped off stage while Koven continued the energy with a mini-set featuring his latest release “itazura” and an unreleased track.
The entire night felt special with a heartfelt homecoming that reflected Ethan’s love for both music and his city. He closed the show with “BUBBLY,” his viral hit amassing over 20 million streams, and “Cocoa,” joined onstage by KAYAM for the finale.
We’ve seen Ethan perform six times now, and each show just keeps getting better from the setlists to the energy to the connection he builds with his audience. This night at The Mod Club was no exception; it was an incredible experience from start to finish.
A massive thank you to Ethan Low and his team for the opportunity to cover this show.
