Welcome back to our “Beyond The Beat Spotlight” series! This month, we’re featuring English indie pop singer and songwriter Nieve Ella.

Nieve Ella made her debut on January 19, 2023, with her first EP, Young & Naive, which reached number 38 on the UK Independent Album Chart. She releases her music through AWAL and is also a member of the British collective Loud LDN.

Nieve Ella has hit the road with artists like girl in red, Inhaler, and most recently supported Bradley Simpson of The Vamps on tour. We actually first discovered her through Bradley—whose music we love—when he re-released his track “Favourite Band” featuring Nieve. We even had the chance to catch her live last night at Bradley’s London show—and she was incredible.

Nieve Ella absolutely blew us away with her stage presence and sound. We’re officially adding her to our girl indie pop playlist and will be keeping an eye on her journey. Since her debut, she’s already earned over 160K monthly listeners on Spotify, and we can’t wait to see where she goes from here.
