Happy June 30th! Can you believe we’re already seven months into 2025? Time is flying. This month was filled with great music. We’ve got 14 songs to share that defined our June.

Is anyone really surprised that j-hope’s new track is our most-played song this month? Let’s be honest—we’re j-hope biased.
“Killin’ It Girl” is a track that opens a new and bold era for j-hope, and we are so here for it. From the jaw-dropping visuals to the lyrics and choreography, it’s everything. We especially can’t get enough of the scenes with j-hope and dancer Alyssa Santos—absolutely amazing. We’ve had it on repeat all month and can’t stop doing the choreo.

Another artist that won’t come as a surprise on our top list this month is The Rose. Their latest album, WRLD, dropped at the end of May—and we’ve been obsessed ever since. Every single track landed in our most-played songs this month, making it a no-skip album.
One song we kept replaying was “Nebula.” It’s dreamy, delicate, and powerful—exactly the kind of track that we love. We’ve always admired The Rose’s ability to blend emotional lyricism with their unique rock-influenced production, and WRLD is a perfect showcase of that.

“Easy Lover” quickly became one of our favourite tracks from Miley Cyrus’ new album,Something Beautiful The song is very nostalgic, channeling the vibes of the ’70s and ’80s in the best way—and honestly, this retro-inspired sound suits Miley so well.
We’re obsessed with the production of the song, her gorgeous vocals, and the catchy lyrics. It’s one of those songs you can’t help but put on repeat.

“Love You Like That” is one of our favourite tracks from N.Flying’s latest album *Everlasting.* This album is a no-skip one for us and we absolutely loved every single song. However, “Love You Like That” was the one we kept replaying. The blend of the members’ vocals paired with their signature rock sound hits just right.

“TWISTED PARADISE” is a English and Japanese song that has been on repeat for us since its release. We love the staccato piano melody with the gritty electric guitar. YUTA’s vocals are amazing and has a dark tone to it that adds tot he vibe of the song. We’re especially obsessed with the vocal layering and harmonies that add so much depth to this song.

“Sapphire” by Ed Sheeran is a stunning blend of languages, cultures, and sounds. The track beautifully blends English and Punjabi—not just lyrically, but also through its production, which draws clear inspiration from Punjabi music. It also features uncredited vocals from Arijit Singh, who sings the background vocals and the bridge in Punjabi. This song is so fun and we’ve loved watching the dance trends it’s sparked on TikTok. “Sapphire” is a pre-release from Ed’s upcoming album Play, set to release on September 12.

“365” is one of our new favourite songs by ONE OR EIGHT. It’s also their first release under Atlantic Music Group. We had the opportunity to write press coverage for the track, and ever since, we haven’t been able to stop playing it. It’s such an upbeat and catchy song and we’re so excited to see what ONE OR EIGHT drops next.

“Happy Virus” is DK’s solo song on SEVENTEEN’s latest album *HAPPY BURSTDAY.* This song was one of the first songs we listened to on the album and ended up being one of our favourites. Just like the title suggests, this song really is a happy virus.

“Memory” is track two on DOYOUNG’s latest album Soar—and it’s already the most streamed song from the album, as well as our personal favourite. While Soar is a no-sjip album, this song really stands out to us because of its beautiful rock production. This style suits DOYOUNG perfectly, and we’re hoping he explores more of it in the future.

“옥에 티” is a track on Jayci yucca’s new album The Last Boy In The Class 3, which is a no-skip album. Jayci yucca’s musical style is very indie-rock and dreamy and we really love it. This song was constantly on replay for us. We think the song title translates to “fly in the ointment” which we would love to learn more about the meaning of this song.

“Gabriela” was a pre-release track for KATSEYE’s latest EP BEAUTIFUL CHAOS, which dropped on June 27. This track is full of energy and fun, drawing inspiration from modern Latin-pop and featuring the group’s first-ever Spanish verse, sung beautifully by Daniela. The music video really drew us in futher—it felt like watching an old Spanish telenovela, full of drama, and charm. “Gabriela” had us hooked from the first listen and even more so after the visuals.

“DIFFERENT” marks LE SSERAFIM’s fourth Japanese track—and it’s been stuck in our heads ever since release. It’s a track that is super catchy, vibrant, and full of youthful energy. We especially love that it’s in Japanese—it adds a fresh, playful touch to their growing discography.

“like i never” is the collaboration we’ve been waiting for—and it did not disappoint. Ethan Low, an incredible artist and friend we’ve proudly featured multiple times on our blog, teams up with one of our favourite groups, brb., for a track that blends both of their smooth R&B styles effortlessly. Since its release, we cannot stop playing this song.

“Soda Pop” is the song of our summer. It’s been on repeat and stuck in our heads since the first listen—even before we saw KPop Demon Hunters (which, by the way, was such a fun watch). This track is peak bubblegum K-pop: bright, catchy, and irresistibly fun. It’s everything we love about summer in one song, and we’re absolutely here for it.
