On Friday, May 16, J-POP boy group PSYCHIC FEVER released the heart melting track “Gelato” ahead of their third EP, PSYCHIC FILE III.

PSYCHIC FEVER is a seven-member boy group consisting of KOKORO, WEESA, TSURUGI, RYOGA, REN, JIMMY, and RYUSHIN. The group made their debut on June 10, 2022 with the single “Hotline” and recently signed with Warner Music Group.

They’re the seventh group to emerge from EXILE TRIBE, the iconic Japanese artist collective under LDH JAPAN. The name PSYCHIC FEVER was chosen to represent the distinct personalities of its seven members, whose dynamic blend of dance, vocals, and rap sparks a powerful chemistry. Their dedicated fanbase goes by the name ForEVER, and the group carries the mission to IGNITE OUR DREAMS.

Since their debut, the group has been actively performing in Japan and throughout Asia and in February 2025, the group held their first U.S. tour, “PSYCHIC FEVER FIRST U.S. TOUR,” in six cities across the United States. ****In March, they had the opportunity to perform at SXSW 2025, one of the world’s largest music festivals in the U.S.

Their January 2024 release, “Just Like Dat” featuring JP THE WAVY, captured widespread attention both in Japan and abroad, racking up over 270 million views on TikTok. The track made its way into Spotify’s Viral Top 50 charts across nine Asian countries and regions—including Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and South Korea—and also became a viral hit in the United States.

“Gelato” marks PSYCHIC FEVER’s first release since signing with Warner Music Group through Warner Music Japan, in collaboration with U.S.-based label 10K Projects. With its refreshing romantic vibes, the track is a perfect soundtrack for summer.
