On September 1, 2025, South Korean pop boy group and fifth-generation rising stars, ZEROBASEONE (ZB1), released their first full length album NEVER SAY NEVER, along with a music video for the title track “ICONIK.”

Managed by WAKEONE under CJ ENM, ZEROBASEONE was formed through Mnet’s survival show BOYS PLANET (February 2023). The final nine members: Sung Han Bin, Kim Ji Woong, Zhang Hao, Seok Matthew, Kim Tae Rae, Ricky, Kim Gyu Vin, Park Gun Wook, and Han Yu Jin made their official debut on July 10, 2023, with the EP YOUTH IN THE SHADE. Representing the “glorious beginning” of going from zero to one, the group has dedicated themselves to sharing each step of their journey with their fans, ZEROSE. Since their debut, ZEROBASEONE has been setting new milestones, and NEVER SAY NEVER stands as the peak of their artistry to date. The album not only highlights their evolution beyond the Youth Trilogy and two-part PARADISE series, but also captures the ambition, unity, and spirit of “TEAM ZEROBASEONE” as they embrace what they see as their most defining era yet.

NEVER SAY NEVER features 10 tracks spanning a wide range of genres (pop, hip-hop, ballads), showcasing a more mature and powerful side of ZEROBASEONE. The album highlights the group’s expanded vocal and performance abilities, marking a deeper evolution in their musical spectrum. Ahead of the release, “SLAM DUNK” dropped as a pre-release single on July 23. The title track, “ICONIK,” captures the group’s commanding presence and distinct team identity, while also spotlighting each member’s individuality. With lyrics about defying gravity and reaching the moon, the track delivers a bold message: “no matter what others think, we can become iconic on our own,” reflecting the nine members’ determination to shine even brighter in the future.

Building on the momentum of this release, ZEROBASEONE will launch their second world tour, HERE&NOW. Set to connect with fans across the globe, the tour includes 11 shows across seven regions, beginning with a three-night run in South Korea (October 3–5) before heading to Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
